So as I last left you....

I was inquiring into the Making home affordable program.......just a small update this month. After waiting for over 60 days I decided a phone call was in order. It was not too long of a wait on hold before a tired sounding rep informed me that my application was received and that I would be hearing from them in the 'near future'. Shoot forward another two weeks and I received a phone call saying that updated commission checks were needed to verify income... (well....duh....it's only been 75 days since I inquired.....) So at this point I have updated the income verification and am awaiting the 'next step'.....More info as we move along....(Thank the Good Lord I'm not behind on the mortgage and am basically inquiring as a curious Realtor...but still...your hearts have to go out to those whom do need the help and need it now...)
